Personal Trainer

Cameron has 5 years of primary experience in the personal training and fitness industry and has been active his whole life, beginning with sports as a child and eventually embracing the gym as a young teenager. Cameron has a certificate 3 and 4 in Health and Fitness as well as a Bachelor’s degree of Sport and Exercise Science from UTS.

Cameron has an expansive knowledge and practical experience with all types of clients and is able to train anyone, any age, for any goal. He understands the importance of long term adherence to exercise, therefore ensuring that training is fun and enjoyable but also physically challenging in a positive manner.

Cameron runs one on one and group training sessions.

Training Grounds

Our goal is to provide our members with a safe and healthy environment to learn any of the martial arts on offer at our gym. We emphasise the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship and fair play.

We encourage our members to improve mentally, spiritually and physically, becoming better all-around people and athletes. Our members will develop self-esteem and self-confidence from learning different forms of self-defence.

We aim to facilitate the process of helping people better themselves by improving the holistic, physical and emotional qualities of their lives through martial arts.

By following any one of our programs, members will improve muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power and agility.


Outdoor group fitness sessions

SYD FIT CLUB delivers outdoor group fitness sessions focused on helping people just like you to get into the best shape of their lives.

Our 45 minute workouts are quick, fun and motivating.

We want to ensure our ‘fit clubbers’ get results as well as have fun so we vary the workouts regularly. Mixing it up with; strength training, cardio and core workouts as well as boxing

Health+Fitness Studio

Cammeray’s premier boutique personal training studio, Health+Fitness Studio provides an unrivalled level of service and experience in personal training, fitness coaching, group fitness classes, outdoor group training, & nutrition.
Owner & Head Personal Trainer, Graham Hyland has been training the Cammeray community for over 10 years.

Warrior Academy

A state of the art MMA academy on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The Facilities including two Zebra matted training areas and functional fitness area. Everyone is welcome.

Vintage Fitness. Fitness training for over 55’s

Vintage Fitness has a unique system of exercises designed by us that you can and will do each session to help you improve your flexibility, your strength your core strength and your cardio fitness. The training session will also involve a variety of other exercises designed by our experienced trainers leaving you feeling fitter and more refreshed.

Each month we will also have challenges for you to do to see your improvement.
