Marc Gehret is a qualified Chef and Certified Personal Trainer.
He has extensive knowledge in food preparation, cooking and nutrition, and with over 25 years of industry experience.
Marc has worked in numerous restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, Germany and Australia. Working as a Chef, Head Chef and Owner/Operator giving him a lot of experience in the food business.
Starting his apprenticeship in 1993 in Switzerland, leading him all the way to Sydney in 2004.
